| Domain Name Sale Policy
1. Domain Names will be sold to an agreeable offer as determined by R.J. Persson Enterprises, Inc., who retains the right to reject any offer.
2. Once a Domain Name has been transferred,
R. J. Persson Enterprises, Inc. cannot be held liable for any disputes that may arise due to web related content or other disputes.
3. All sales are final. Payment for Domain Name must be received in full prior to the transfer.
4. We will not discuss the sale of any Domain Names nor
the selling price to any third parties unless prior
permission has been given by the domain name purchaser
or one of its representatives.
5. InterNIC fees are currently $35 per year with the first 2
years ($70) due following registration.
6. All Domain Name registrants must adhere to
InterNIC's Domain Name Registration Policy (select "Transferring registration to another party").
